De aceea exist\u0103 variante similare \u00een mai toate disciplinele spirituale \u0219i formele de yoga: cea hindus\u0103 se nume\u0219te Shamata, iar Zhine (Shine, Shinay) este numele practicii tibetane (<i>shama <\/i>\u0219i <i>shi<\/i> \u2013 se refer\u0103 la pace, calm, lini\u0219te, \u0219i a lini\u0219ti; <i>nay<\/i> \u00eenseamn\u0103 a sta). Numele tehnicilor \u00eenseamn\u0103 deci \u201ca sta cu mintea lini\u0219tit\u0103\u201d: asta pentru a da un indiciu referitor la practic\u0103, dar mai ales, la modul \u00een care ar trebui \u201cs\u0103 stea\u201d mintea fiec\u0103ruia. \u0218i din acest punct de vedere, exerci\u021biile de fixare sunt folositoare oricui.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Scopul final este \u00eens\u0103 de a permite min\u021bii s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 \u00een Esen\u021ba sa, iar acesta este deja un \u201cdeziderat spiritual\u201d\u2026 Pentru a \u00een\u021belege \u00eens\u0103 aceast\u0103 fraz\u0103 \u0219i acest scop al practicii, trebuie \u00een\u021beles mai \u00eent\u00e2i <i>ce este<\/i> acea <i>esen\u021b\u0103 a min\u021bii<\/i>&#8230; Ori pentru asta este nevoie de acea preocupare, de acel imbold \u201cspiritual\u201d\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">Variantele prezentate aici sunt pu\u021bin modificate, le propunem a\u0219a cum le practic\u0103m noi (sau, mai bine zis, cum ne str\u0103duim s\u0103 le practic\u0103m). Scopul afirmat \u00een nenum\u0103rate r\u00e2nduri \u2013 este acela de a aduce starea de medita\u021bie \u00een via\u021ba zilnic\u0103, iar mai apoi, pentru cei \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021bi, de a purcede spre acea explorare a Sinelui \u0219i a naturii min\u021bii lor, care este, de fapt, natur\u0103 a tot: con\u0219tien\u021ba, ca \u0219i caracteristic\u0103 primordial\u0103 a Manifest\u0103rii&#8230; Manifestare, a c\u0103rei esen\u021b\u0103, este vacuitatea, poten\u021bialitatea&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">Dar p\u00e2n\u0103 aici e un drum ceva mai lung&#8230; la care, spuneam, pornesc doar temerarii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">Pentru ceilal\u021bi, care \u00eenc\u0103 se complac \u00een zona lor de confort, cunoscut\u0103, c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103 \u0219i confortabil\u0103, beneficiul va fi ceva mai p\u0103m\u00e2ntean: o minte lini\u0219tit\u0103. Foarte bun\u0103, \u0219i ea, desigur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">Primul scop al tehnicilor de fixare, spuneam deci, c\u0103 este acela de a lini\u0219ti mintea; dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp \u2013 mintea este educat\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 focusat\u0103, alert\u0103, dar \u0219i relaxat\u0103. Tehnicile de fixare sunt ajut\u0103toare pentru a deprinde arta medita\u021biei&#8230;, iar \u00eentr-un final, scopul lor, ca \u0219i al medita\u021biei \u00een ansamblul ei, este acela de a se ajunge la acea minte non-dual\u0103, mintea-oglind\u0103&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Exist\u0103 mai multe etape ale practicii. \u00cens\u0103 chiar \u0219i din prima etap\u0103 \u2013 pot fi introduse elemente de practic\u0103 spiritual\u0103: starea de martor, contempla\u021bia, disolu\u021bia ego-ului, dezidentificarea, etc. Asta mai ales pentru un practicant decis s\u0103 urmeze o cale spiritual\u0103 \u0219i care \u00een\u021belege necesitatea (obligativitatea!) acestor \u201cantrenamente\u201d. \u0218i asta, desigur, doar dup\u0103 ce acea practic\u0103 de baz\u0103 \u2013 cap\u0103t\u0103 un grad de consisten\u021b\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">Fixarea cu obiect<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">La \u00eenceput fixarea min\u021bii se face pe un obiect, pentru c\u0103 mintea asta \u0219tie ea cel mai bine s\u0103 fac\u0103, s\u0103 caute obiecte! Apoi exist\u0103 un stadiu al fix\u0103rii f\u0103r\u0103 obiect, \u00een care mintea \u00eencepe s\u0103 devin\u0103 con\u0219tient\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult, ea de ea \u00eens\u0103\u0219i. Pentru ca \u00een cele din urm\u0103, <i>esen\u021ba min\u021bii<\/i> s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 s\u0103 fie revelat\u0103, iar mintea s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 s\u0103 se stabilizeze, din ce \u00een ce mai mult, \u00een aceast\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 a ei&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Postura clasic\u0103 recomandat\u0103 este cea numit\u0103 \u201cpozi\u021bia \u00een cinci puncte\u201d, este postura clasic\u0103 yoghin\u0103 pentru medita\u021bie \u0219i pentru diferitele exerci\u021bii de respira\u021bie. Cele cinci puncte sunt: picioarele \u00eencruci\u0219ate \u00een lotus sau semilotus, coloana vertebral\u0103 dreapt\u0103, palmele fie orientate \u00een sus \u00een mudra de medita\u021bie, una peste alta cu degetele mari apropiate astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 formeze un oval, sau palmele rotunde, cuprinz\u00e2nd genunchii, b\u0103rbia u\u0219or retras\u0103, ochii semideschi\u0219i, privesc la 45 grade \u00eenaintea lor. Dac\u0103 nu pute\u021bi sta \u00een acest\u0103 pozi\u021bie, pute\u021bi sta pe un scaun, \u00eens\u0103 cu spatele drept \u0219i t\u0103lpile picioarelor pe sol. Important este ca mereu corpul s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 prezent, vigil, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp, relaxat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prima etap\u0103 este cea de fixare \u201cactiv\u0103\u201d a unui obiect. I\u021bi vei alege un obiect care s\u0103 te ajute \u00een exerci\u021biul t\u0103u: o lum\u00e2nare aprins\u0103, o icoan\u0103, o floare, un m\u0103r, orice obiect este bun at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t \u00ee\u021bi face pl\u0103cere s\u0103 lucrezi cu el. Sau o mandal\u0103, desigur. Uneori obiectele sacre sunt de ajutor, pentru c\u0103 te inspir\u0103 \u00een practica ta&#8230; Clasic se recomand\u0103 folosirea aceluia\u0219i obiect pentru practica ta, aceast\u0103 constan\u021b\u0103 av\u00e2nd rolul tocmai de a \u00eent\u0103ri, de a stabiliza practica. Asta cel pu\u021bin la \u00eenceput.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obiectul trebuie plasat la distan\u021ba corect\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t privirea s\u0103 cad\u0103 \u00een mod natural pe el la 45 grade, \u0219i s\u0103 poat\u0103 r\u0103m\u00eene fixat\u0103 acolo cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103. Ochii trebuie s\u0103 fie relaxa\u021bi, la fel respira\u021bia. Vei clipi c\u00e2t mai pu\u021bin, dar f\u0103r\u0103 a ajunge \u00een zona de durere ocular\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00cen aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 vei fixa cu privirea acest obiect: f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 te mi\u0219ti, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenghi\u021bi \u0219i pe c\u00e2t posibil, spuneam, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 clipe\u0219ti. Dar mai ales, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 g\u00e2nde\u0219ti despre obiectul respectiv: nu \u00eei vei analiza calit\u0103\u021bile, nu \u021bi vei pune etichete \u0219i calificative&#8230; <i>trebuie doar s\u0103-l prive\u0219ti<\/i>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">Mintea ta trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 fixat\u0103 asupra obiectului. Bine-n\u021beles c\u0103 la \u00eenceput corpul se va foi de colo colo, vor apare tot felul de g\u00e2nduri, nelini\u0219tite de ceea ce face mintea ta, dintr-o dat\u0103 obligat\u0103 s\u0103 stea locului: ceva at\u00e2t de neobi\u0219nuit pentru ea!&#8230; Nu urm\u0103ri acele g\u00e2nduri, las\u0103-le s\u0103 plece singure, tu pur \u0219i simplu readu-\u021bi mintea, refocuseaz\u0103-\u021bi aten\u021bia asupra obiectului t\u0103u. De fiecare dat\u0103. Iar \u0219i Iar. \u0218i iar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dac\u0103 la \u00eenceput nu vei putea face asta, pentru c\u0103 mintea ta pur \u0219i simplu nu \u0219tie \u0219i nu poate! s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 lini\u0219tit\u0103 \u0219i focalizat\u0103, atunci plimb\u0103-\u021bi privirea pe detaliile obiectului, cumva \u201canalizeaz\u0103-le\u201d, inventariaz\u0103-le, dar doar at\u00e2t: nu le judeca, nu le caracteriza, nu le eticheta, pur \u0219i simplu plimb\u0103-\u021bi privirea de colo colo pe obiectul t\u0103u. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma;\">La \u00eenceput probabil nu vei reu\u0219i s\u0103 fixezi prea mult obiectul, poate doar un minut sau dou\u0103\u2026 \u00een acest caz f\u0103 mici pauze \u0219i apoi reia exerci\u021biul. Aceasta este <i>contempla\u021bia obiectului <\/i>: acum nu mai este nevoie s\u0103 \u021bii mintea acolo cu for\u021ba, ea va putea s\u0103 se relaxeze singur\u0103 pe obiect.
