Mintea era brambura, tensiunea maxim\u0103, oboseala instantanee, puterea constitutional\u0103, chiar de era putin\u0103, nu ajuta foarte mult at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t energia zbura \u00een afar\u0103\u2026 Dorin\u021ba de a concura cu ceilal\u021bi din jur, de a sta perfect: aten\u021bia era complet \u00een afar\u0103, la cine st\u0103 mai bine, cine ia mai mul\u021bi lauri&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Toate se schimb\u0103 \u00een urma practicii: starea interioar\u0103, linistea min\u021bii, constientizarea\u2026; dar asta dup\u0103 <strong>minim<\/strong> 1-2 ani, de practic\u0103 intens\u0103, foarte corect\u0103, care \u00eembin\u0103 cunoa\u0219terea respiratului corect cu\u00a0 o centrare c\u00e2t mai corect\u0103, care vine \u0219i ea &#8211; tot \u00een urma practicii \u0219i a sim\u021birii\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 nu pot face o postura \u201cperfect\u201d(nu stiu ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 perfect), o voi facec\u00e2t mai corect: dup\u0103 explica\u021biile celui care \u201cstie\u201d, a maestrului nostru\u2026; iar acel un minut &#8211; foarte bun, foarte corect, foarte simtit, de postur\u0103 \u201cbun\u0103\u201d &#8211; m\u0103 va ajuta la a putea sim\u021bi acea postur\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult, m\u0103 va ajuta s\u0103 fiu din ce \u00een ce mai mult \u2013 con\u0219tient\u0103, netensionat\u0103, m\u0103 va ajuta s\u0103 ajung la acel punct c\u00e2nd pur si simplu nu mai obose\u0219ti \u00een postur\u0103\u2026 Aceste minute de postur\u0103 corect\u0103, con\u0219tient\u0103, netensionat\u0103 \u2013 se adun\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceput stau c\u00e2t de corect<em> cred eu<\/em> c\u0103 stau, at\u00e2t c\u00e2t pot \u00een momentul acela. Dar mai t\u00e2rziu, dup\u0103 ni\u0219te ani de practic\u0103,\u00a0 m\u0103 str\u0103duiesc s\u0103 avansez \u0219i s\u0103 stau realmente c\u00e2t mai corect.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219 vrea s\u0103 spun c\u0103 Indra nu repet\u0103 degeaba c\u0103 nu st\u0103m corect \u00eentr-o postur\u0103! De fapt ea nu ne ceart\u0103: <strong>postura corect\u0103<\/strong> este cea care va conduce la practica corect\u0103; care, \u00eembinat\u0103 cu tot ceea ce asimil\u0103m exact din aceast\u0103 practic\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103turi, va conduce la evolu\u021bia noastr\u0103 spiritual\u0103! Pentru c\u0103 ea vede ce noi nu vedem, pentru c\u0103 ea simte \u0219i stie\u2026 \u0219i nu ne ajut\u0103 la nimic dac\u0103 nu ne spune! Acest \u201cspus\u201d este pentru acea practic\u0103 frumoas\u0103, corect\u0103, \u00a0care ne va conduce \u0219i pe noi &#8211; la acel \u201csimtit, v\u0103zut\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ca s\u0103 sim\u021bi o postur\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 stai \u00een ea mai mult timp, netensionat, liber; cum s\u0103 simt starea de putere, sau de geometrie sacr\u0103, sau de inima deschis\u0103, dac\u0103 nu am r\u0103bdare: a\u0219a, repede repede? C\u00e2nd eu nici m\u0103car nu \u0219tiu, la \u00eenceput, ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta: inim\u0103 deschis\u0103, putere, geometrie sacr\u0103\u2026<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 te abandonezi posturii, s\u0103 simti ce \u00ee\u021bi transmite postura respectiv\u0103\u2026 Pentru asta trebuie s\u0103 practici, s\u0103 ajungi la momentul de abandon\u2026 <strong>\u0219i s\u0103 nu mai ai senzatia de timp, ci doar bucuria posturii, senzatiei\u2026, sau doar\u2026\u00a0 senza\u021bia de un \u201cnimic\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puterea constitutional\u0103\u2026 \u2013 este evident c\u0103 este nevoie de ea\u2026, inclusiv \u00een practica yoghin\u0103; dar \u0219i pentru puterea constitu\u021bional\u0103 exist\u0103 exerci\u021bii, antrenament, asta dac\u0103 nu o prea am, ca s\u0103 o sporesc! \u00cens\u0103 trebuie practicat mereu (nu numai la sal\u0103!)<\/p>\n<p>Indra ne-a dat o multitudine de exercitii, ca s\u0103 nu ne plictisim (!), ca s\u0103 nu obosim \u00eentr-o singur\u0103 postur\u0103, ca s\u0103 parcurgem \u0219i s\u0103 avem la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 numeroase\u00a0 exercitii-intrumente, pe care s\u0103 le putem face oriunde! Am ajuns s\u0103 ne plac\u0103 anumite exerci\u021bii\u2026 pentru c\u0103 le sim\u021bim mai bine, pentru c\u0103 \u201cle-am decriptat\u201d c\u00e2te ceva din \u00een\u021belesul energetic\u2026 Dar altele \u201cne plac\u201d- pentru c\u0103 sunt mai comode, nu sunt at\u00e2t de solicitante\u2026 \u0219i iat\u0103-ne din nou \u00een zona de confort, din care ar tot trebui s\u0103 ie\u0219im!<\/p>\n<p>Nu stiu cum e \u201cmai bine\u201d, \u201cmai frumos\u201d, \u201cmai corect\u201d, asta o s\u0103 \u00eemi spun\u0103 Indra, pentru c\u0103 elementele acestea ajung la un moment dat s\u0103 devin\u0103 un alt program al meu, creat de mine, cu ego-ul meu! Iar eu NU V\u0102D! Pot s\u0103 simt c\u00e2te ceva c\u00e2nd practic\u2026 dar nu \u201c\u0219tiu\u201d, nu interpretez imediat ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta, ce pa\u0219i am mai f\u0103cut, cum am mai evoluat (!). A\u0219 fi din nou \u2013 \u00een mintea aceea maimu\u021b\u0103, care mereu interpreteaz\u0103, care \u201c\u0219tie ea\u201d, care pune etichete\u2026 a\u0219 fi, din nou, \u00een ego-ul spiritual\u2026 ori exact de astea \u00eencerc s\u0103 scap, inclusiv prin practica yoga!<\/p>\n<p>Nu spun aici c\u0103 eu practic perfect, departe de mine\u2026, nici pomeneal\u0103 !!! Mai am foarte, foarte, foarte multe de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, f\u0103cut, sim\u021bit, \u0219i asta &#8211; permanent! Dar vin cu drag \u0219i fac ceea ce fac &#8211; cu drag.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Delia, practicant, instructor LiLA:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cencerc\u0103m mereu s\u0103 exprim\u0103m prin cuvinte st\u0103rile pe care le tr\u0103im. Cuvinte care mai apoi sunt decriptate de cei care le aud sau le citesc &#8211; prin prisma experien\u021bei lor de via\u021b\u0103, a credin\u021belor, educa\u021biei \u0219i nivelului de \u00een\u021belegere al fiec\u0103ruia.<\/p>\n<p>La sec\u021biunea de sfaturi practice \u00eemi permit s\u0103 atrag aten\u021bia cititorului c\u0103 <u>trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencerce <strong>s\u0103 treac\u0103 dincolo de cuvinte<\/strong>, s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i defineasc\u0103 acea <strong>inten\u021bie corect\u0103<\/strong>, \u0219i, mai ales, <strong>s\u0103 practice<\/strong>: <strong>cu \u00eencredere, r\u0103bdare, pre\u021buire<\/strong><\/u><strong>!<\/strong> Cuvinte pe care fiecare le vom \u00een\u021belege acum dup\u0103 putin\u021bele noastre; DAR care cap\u0103t\u0103 noi subtilit\u0103\u021bi pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce \u00eencepem <strong><u>s\u0103 tr\u0103im<\/u><\/strong> \u201cstarea de yoga\u201d, parte din puzzle-ul \u0218colii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-o sear\u0103 de joi o persoan\u0103 (care ajungea destul de rar la \u0218colile noastre de joi) i-a spus Indrei ca repet\u0103 aceea\u0219i informa\u021bie ca \u0219i acum doi ani. A\u0219 dori s\u0103 m\u0103 folosesc de aceast\u0103 oportunitate pentru a-i r\u0103spunde c\u0103, \u00eentr-adev\u0103r, afirma\u021bia era corect\u0103: \u00eens\u0103 doar \u00een ceea ce o prive\u0219te pe Indra. Poate cineva s\u0103 \u00eencerce s\u0103 explice \u00een zece pagini ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 pre\u021buirea sau smerenia, sau compasiunea&#8230;; \u00eens\u0103 dup\u0103 ce le vei fi citit, le vei uita la fel de repede. <strong>Trebuie sim\u021bite, tr\u0103ite, s\u0103 ajungi s\u0103 te impregneze, s\u0103 creasc\u0103 \u00een tine, <em><u>s\u0103 devii<\/u><\/em> pre\u021buire, smerenie, compasiune.<\/strong> <strong>Abia atunci vor avea valoare cu adev\u0103rat. La asta ajut\u0103 practica!<\/strong> <strong><em><u>Ca adev\u0103rul, sim\u021birea s\u0103 fie a ta.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>S\u0103 devii con\u0219tient, s\u0103 devii postura, s\u0103 sim\u021bi cu toat\u0103 fiin\u021ba ta c\u0103 e\u0219ti un miracol, o structur\u0103 de energie prin care Universul se manifest\u0103&#8230;; s\u0103 ajungi \u00een cele din urm\u0103 s\u0103 sim\u021bi &#8211; c\u0103 de fapt <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u201ctu\u201d <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>nu exi\u0219ti.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este o Cale de urmat &#8211; cu \u00eencredere, tenacitate \u0219i devo\u021biune &#8211; \u0219i pe care Indra \u00eencearc\u0103, cu r\u0103bdare \u0219i drag, s\u0103 ne conduc\u0103 pe fiecare dintre noi.
